There’s a runner in everyone!

If you're looking for a way to get fit and active, but don't know where to start, Couch to 5km is the perfect solution. This fantastic programme will help you gradually increase your fitness levels, so that you can eventually jog 5km at your own pace.

This programme is designed for those who want to get started with running, but may be feeling daunted by the prospect. With my friendly and encouraging support, you'll soon be on your way to a healthier life. We'll start with some run/walk sessions, and gradually build up your stamina and confidence until you're ready to start jogging for longer periods of time and able to tackle the 5km distance. I’ll run with you for one session a week, all you need to do is complete two further walk/runs in you’re own time.

The best part is that anybody can do it! So whether you're starting from scratch or coming back after a break, this programme is ideal for helping you reach your goals.
